My Approach

My approach is holistic and collaborative. I will patiently and thoughtfully work with you to find meaning in your life and live your life as your most authentic self. I am a relationally focused therapist providing a warm, caring, supportive space for us to examine what’s going on for you and what’s getting in the way of having the life you want. I have training in both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic theories. I lean more psychodynamic with a trauma informed lens. I believe our past experiences with our primary attachments and our families past experiences inform our current day. I believe therapy can enhance our lives helping us cope with life’s challenges and stressors. I will be here for you and look forward to working through the hard stuff, building upon your strengths, creating more room for hope, connection and possibility. This work isn’t easy but it’s so worth it. Let’s work together to not just get through it but build a life you love.
